Only a fifteen-minute drive to Stanthorpe, this home is situated on a large vegetable farm and campground. Featuring 5 carpeted bedrooms (4 with built-in robes, including a master suite with an additional walk-in robe), main bathroom (shower and bath) with separate toilet and an ensuite off the master. One bedroom has an additional study space attached.

There is a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area, with an adjoining sunroom as extra living space. An inside laundry provides additional built-in storage. Ceiling fans to 4 bedrooms, and ducted or split system heating and cooling to most of the house. The living area has an open wood fireplace. The kitchen includes an electric stove, oven and dishwasher.

Water to the house is sourced from a large, shared tank. Should tanks run out, the water switches to treated dam water. There is a 1000L rainwater tank at the house for exclusive use.

Car parking is via an attached, single lock-up garage, and a carport. There is an outdoor firepit and a small deck. Tenants can access a tennis court, and enjoy walks around the property, however driving on the farm is restricted to the direct route from the road entry to the house yard.

The garden is low maintenance, with some beautiful large trees, however the lawn is expansive (1500m2) and unfenced. Ownership of a ride-on mower is preferred, otherwise a fee to have the lawn maintained can be negotiated. A wheelie bin is supplied at the house, and it is the tenant’s responsibility to take their rubbish to the skip bin onsite, approximately 200m from the house (or use the local Amiens facility). Telephone signal is poor, even with Telstra and a home phone line is not available. Starlink internet is currently installed and very fast and reliable for heavy family use. It is available for the tenants to use for the cost price of $140/month, committed to for the whole lease and charged monthly in advance. Tenants will also be charged for their electricity use monthly, read via a submeter on the house.
